Once you make a reservation on the website you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming that we have received the reservation.

Check your spam tray and if you don’t receive the previous email, please contact us at info@santacatalinasuites.com.

Payment is made via virtual gateway with credit/debit card at the time of confirmation of your reservation.

The reservation requires a guarantee deposit of 100€ which will be made before your arrival. This security deposit is not charged unless the apartment is not returned under the same conditions or the applicable rules that will be sent to you together with the request for payment of the security deposit prior to your entry into our establishment are not complied with.

You can cancel reservations made through the web using the confirmation voucher which includes a link to «manage your reservation» and select the option » cancel reservation». Please note that in case the cancellation occurs 7 days before the date of arrival of your reservation you will lose the full amount of the reservation.

The cleaning of the apartment and the change of towels will take place every three days. As part of our commitment to the environment, we offer linen change every six days. However, if you wish, we can offer you cleaning and change of sheets and towels daily (with cost and on request at the time of booking).

The cleaning of crockery, utensils and kitchenware in general is not included and must be left in the same conditions as at the entrance. Otherwise, a cleaning fee will be charged.

Check-in can be done from 16hs. If you arrive after that time, don’t worry, you can enter the building and the apartment by yourself with the codes we will provide before your arrival.

If the apartment is not occupied on the day of your arrival, of course you can check in before 16hs. Please note that we cannot guarantee it. Send us an email with your request to info@santacatalinasuites.com and we will let you know as soon as possible if you can make an advance entrance to your apartment.

Departure from the apartment (check-out) must be done BEFORE 12hs. Please respect this schedule as we must enter the apartment for cleaning and preparation at that time or earlier to have it ready for the next guest. We would appreciate it if you could let us know your departure time as soon as possible.

In case you need to leave the apartment later, please do not hesitate to let us know. If the apartment was not occupied for that later time, we will be happy to allow you to extend your departure time.

Our building does not have a car park but we have parking spaces in a garage located less than 100 metres away and we also have an agreement with a nearby car park with a special price for our clients. Please let us know before your arrival if you will need a parking space in order to specify the conditions.

You can arrive by taxi (cost approx. 48 euros), by car or bus (Alsa airport line, cost 9 euros journey).

In case you need us to pick you up, feel free to let us know in advance of your arrival to arrange it. We will inform you of the cost and conditions.

All apartments and common rooms have wifi (free) available to our guests.


We have cots and high chairs available to our guests and free of charge but are subject to availability so we thank you to indicate it in advance of your arrival to organize it.

We have a laundry with washer machine and dryer available at no cost to our customers.

We are located in the heart of Gijón and you will find many bars, cider bars and restaurants next to our establishment. We will be happy to help you find the one that best suits your tastes and needs.

The nearest supermarket (Masymas, Instituto street nr.5) is a 4-minute walk from our property. In addition, on our street you will find a neighborhood shop and butcher shop.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartments and public areas throughout the building.

Pets are not allowed in our establishment.

Please avoid excessive noise early in the morning or throughout the night and respect the common spaces and other guests. Parties and loud music at any time of the day are forbidden.
